Patty Pickett
Senior Director Human Resources

Patty Pickett oversees the compensation and benefit plans, recruiting and selection, training, career development and succession planning, organizational development and office administration for Accuity. Before becoming senior director in March 2004, Ms. Pickett served as the director of human resources for five years and as the manager of human resources and office administrator since joining the company in 1992.

Ms. Pickett has over 20 years’ experience in human resources, office administration and recruiting. Prior to joining Accuity, Ms. Pickett worked for Vedder, Price, Kaufman & Kammholz in Chicago.

Ms. Pickett holds a B.S. in English and Human Sciences from St. Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana.
