Alliance Programs
Accuity entertains 4 primary types of strategic alliances.
- Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM): An OEM alliance partner is contracted with the right to embed Accuity software engines or data sets into their proprietary solutions, to ensure a seamless integrated solution with best of breed technologies. At times, Accuity may entertain embedding other vendors data and tools in our own solutions as well.
- Cooperative Marketing (Referral): Accuity and alliance partner, by referral arrangement, jointly market one another’s products in order to build demand for a joint solution. Each partner directly sells and supports its own products and services.
- Joint-Development Software Partner: A software partner and Accuity determine there is mutual strategic interest in jointly developing and co-marketing a specific software solution.
- Value Added Reseller: Resellers generally will handle solution scoping, pre-sales and service/training delivery of the project where the Accuity product is incorporated.
