Data Support Systems (DSS) was incorporated in 1988, DSS customers range from 17 of the top 25 banks in the country and include small and mid-sized banks. DSS was the first developer of image based return item solutions with its TRIPS" Incoming Returns installation back in 1995. TRIPS handles processing loads of 50 items to 500,000 items per day at 286 sites across 29 states. According to several industry studies, DSS customers continue to be the most productive banks in the country. DSS customers were among the first banks to send and receive items under the new Check 21 initiatives. Data Support Systems is dedicated to increasing customers' margins by decreasing production costs with the TRIPS Suite of Day 2 software products.
