These solutions allow you to screen your records, transactions and customers in accordance with the mandates set forth by regulatory and law enforcement agencies in order to identify and even interdict those individuals, organizations and other entities that introduce risk into your business:

  • FACFilter®—Endorsed by the American Bankers Association, FACFilter is a screening engine, available in multiple platforms including AS/400, Java, Mainframe and Windows, that filters data against various caution lists to reduce exposure to high-risk or sanctioned entities implicated in criminal activities including money laundering and drug trafficking. FACFilter’s automatic screening process reviews various elements such as new and existing accounts, policyholders and securities as well as domestic and international wire transfers conducting batch or real-time checks against Accuity’s Global WatchList®.
  • FACFilter® for CIF and iCIF—FACFilter for CIF and iCIF are designed to automatically screen your customer information files against regulatory and enhanced due diligence databases. FACFilter for CIF, a PC-based tool, and its Internet-based equivalent, iCIF, are delivered with Accuity’s enhanced Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) database. The database, which contains records of blocked companies, associations, individuals, government officials and locations, is updated each time the U.S. Treasury’s OFAC list is modified—sometimes daily—giving you the most up-to-date information available. Accuity also offers many additional lists within our Accuity’s Global WatchList® database that may be added for comprehensive regulatory and enhanced due diligence screening.
  • FACLineTM—Endorsed by the American Bankers Association, FACLine is Accuity’s global wire transfer screening solution that screens batch files against Accuity’s Global WatchList®.
  • FACS® PC and iFACS—Endorsed by the American Bankers Association, FACS PC and the Internet-based iFACS are two of the world’s most comprehensive search engines for regulatory and enhanced due diligence compliance. Both easy-to-use search and retrieval look-up tools are delivered with Accuity’s industry-leading Enhanced OFAC List pre-installed. Conducting interdiction research through FACS PC and iFACS provides a sturdy framework for compliance with a number of government regulations.
  • FACScreen—This Accuity-provided service utilizes FACFilter software to screen and audit customer and account files against Accuity’s Global WatchList® database. The database contains thousands of records for individuals, companies, financial institutions, vessels, government officials, countries and principal cities from dozens of domestic and international identification lists. Incorporating FACScreen into customer due diligence and compliance operations reduces the risk of violating domestic and international regulations and saves the time and money associated with in-house screening.
  • PEPScreen—This Accuity-provided service screens customer information files using our Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) Due Diligence Database, powered by WorldCompliance, to identify PEPs and comply with the USA PATRIOT Act, EU 3rd Anti-Money Laundering Directive and FATF Recommendations. Incorporating PEPScreen into your compliance program helps protect your organization against great loss and unintentional participation in illegal activities such as money laundering and terrorist financing.
  • Online Compliance—Accuity’s Online Compliance, powered by WorldCompliance, is an online look-up tool for identifying and researching Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) and other sanctioned or high-risk entities. Each record details information such as name, aliases, date of birth, place of birth, photographs, positions, family members, associates and company holdings. When available, records are also notated with precise source links to simplify any further due diligence verification, which might be necessary.
  • Private File Creator—Accuity’s Private File Creator allows you to confidentially create, customize and maintain personalized lists of entities germane to your business. Compatible with Accuity’s FACFilter products, Private File Creator also performs the required formatting for Section 314(a) of the USA PATRIOT Act.
